說(shuō)在前頭——你看到的只是接收申請(qǐng)的數(shù)字，而不是實(shí)質(zhì)。如果你看懂了我下面這堆中文的意思，再下面的英文部分看不看影響不大。

現(xiàn)在的接收情況已經(jīng)接近去年度（2013.5.1—2014.4.30）,（請(qǐng)參照博文《2014年5月1號(hào)加拿大再啟聯(lián)邦技術(shù)移民的用意？》以及相關(guān)文章）的申請(qǐng)數(shù)量（24個(gè)職業(yè)，5000配額），而今年我覺(jué)得官網(wǎng)的顯示上不會(huì)收滿(mǎn)了。

存在2個(gè)可能：1，CIC故意的壓著申請(qǐng)數(shù)量，讓還沒(méi)有遞交申請(qǐng)的申請(qǐng)者懷有希望，2,申請(qǐng)數(shù)量的實(shí)質(zhì)已經(jīng)超過(guò)25000了，我指的是可能有的申請(qǐng)還不完善而已，但是將來(lái)通過(guò)補(bǔ)件程序是可以被處理的。

CIC只政策時(shí)間關(guān)閉,（個(gè)人認(rèn)為是2014年12月31號(hào)，而不是坊間相傳的明年4月30號(hào)，依據(jù)是明年1月實(shí)行“快速通道”，為啥還要區(qū)別對(duì)待申請(qǐng)者呢！一旦這樣，今年的25000無(wú)論達(dá)不達(dá)到數(shù)量，最大的贏家都是加拿大移民局）統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)也只僅限在completeapplications.什么叫completeapplications?顧名思義，就是完整的申請(qǐng).那么那些不完整的申請(qǐng)呢？數(shù)量肯定更多。

Note:Duetothelargenumberofapplicationsweget,wecannotcheckthateachoneiscompleteonthesamedayitgetstotheoffice.Thenumbersonthispageareupdatedatleastonceaweek,butareonlyaguide.ThereisnoguaranteethatanapplicationsentinnowwillfallwithinthecapbythetimeitgetstotheCentralizedIntakeOffice.

ApplicationsinthePhDstream:

CICwillaccept500applicationsforprocessingperyearunderthePhDstream.Toapplyunderthisstream,youmusthaveeither

·finishedatleasttwoyearsofstudyinCanadatowardsaPhD,or

·graduatedfromaCanadianPhDprograminthe12monthsbeforewegetyourapplication.

ThenewPhDcapyearbeganonMay1,2014.ThesearethelastapplicationswewillacceptunderthecurrentsystembeforeExpressEntrylaunchesinJanuary2015.
