接觸Abaqus還不到一年,工作中都只是拿它來(lái)作analysis,基本不用來(lái)Modeling。最近在自學(xué)莊茁的《基于Abaqus的有限元分析與應(yīng)用》,書不錯(cuò),無(wú)賴囊中羞澀,只得下載pdf拿來(lái)看一看。不過(guò)這樣也有好處,數(shù)據(jù)文件網(wǎng)絡(luò)上幾乎使不可得的,這樣子也只能逼得我安裝書中介紹一步一步的來(lái),出現(xiàn)ERROR后自己分析,然后對(duì)照文字找錯(cuò)誤。說(shuō)不定買了正版出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題了就會(huì)拿數(shù)據(jù)文件來(lái)讀呢。邪惡。
下面是其中一個(gè)example的分析結(jié)果:

Chips' Acceleration
Chips' Velocity
結(jié)果基本和書中無(wú)出其左,按下不表。主要想說(shuō)說(shuō)在Modeling的過(guò)程中遇到的兩個(gè)比較大的Problems。
一.在建立Point Section時(shí),在Propertymodulus里怎么也找不到這一項(xiàng),上網(wǎng)查找資料也很難找到答案,最終在一個(gè)論壇里遇到了與我同為淪落之輩。正解如下:
在Abaqus的菜單欄,有一Special項(xiàng),點(diǎn)開,選擇Inertia->Create即可尋得。不過(guò)我還沒弄明白是什么意思。先記錄下來(lái),免得以后玩物喪志。
二.Modeling完成后,Submit出現(xiàn)error:
***ERROR: Mass is not defined for the rigid bodies with thereference nodes
listed below, but not all translational degrees of freedomare
constrained at the reference node. Abaqus/Explicit nowrequires
rigid bodies to have a non-zero mass unless translational
constraints are applied with the *BOUNDARY option (see theAbaqus
Analysis Users Manual). Nodes that are part of a rigid body donot
require mass individually but the rigid body as a whole mustpossess
mass unless constraints are used. To remedy this error, eitheradd
translational constraints to the reference nodes with the*BOUNDARY
option or add mass using the *MASS option, whichever isappropriate
to obtain the desired response. A node set named
"ErrNodeRefNodeNoMass" containing the problematic reference nodesis
also created for use in Abaqus/Viewer to help locate the errorand
modify the input definition.
一開始甚為不解,因?yàn)橹皼]有接觸過(guò)Point section,所以老覺得是Inertia建的有問(wèn)題,遂在ModelThree中一欄一欄點(diǎn)開,發(fā)現(xiàn)提示有問(wèn)題的Instance里并沒有出現(xiàn)Inertia。未果。于是重新找原因,F(xiàn)loor的1、2、3、4、5、6DOF 都給干掉了,根據(jù)提示懷疑是BC出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題。于是修改DOF成1、2、3,依舊猥瑣未遂。
開始腦袋有些發(fā)脹了,重新仔細(xì)的讀了一下Error tips 說(shuō)和REFpoint有關(guān),神馬亂七八糟的?;仡^檢查了一下Floor的屬性,發(fā)現(xiàn)自己建的是Rigid。一拍腦袋瓜,媽呀,rigid的BC一半都會(huì)加載到REFpoint上,而我卻是加到了整個(gè)Floor的surface上,趕緊改過(guò)來(lái)。
Submit,OK!
所以在這里提醒大家,也包括我自己,Modeling時(shí)一定要仔細(xì)!否則,排錯(cuò)跟排雷似的,生不如死!
