ADT與LG合作雙方正在打造一款all-in-one的智能家居保衛(wèi)產(chǎn)品，最早可能在2015年秋季正式推出，目前，這款產(chǎn)品還沒有名稱。

There were many small telegraph delivery companiesin the United States in the 19th century. In 1874, 57 districttelegraph delivery companies affiliated and became "AmericanDistrict Telegraph". With the increase in telephone usage in thelate 19th century, ADT's messenger business slowly declined inpopularity. ADT tried branching out and developing their signalingbusiness, while still maintaining their telegraph business asprimary income source. ADT incorporated into Western Union in 1901and separated its messenger business from its main signalingbusiness at that time. In 1909, Western Union and ADT came underthe control of American Telephone & Telegraph Company(AT&T). ADT began to expand into new areas, such as fire alarmsand security alarms between 1910 and 1930, but was kept separatefrom AT&T's Holmes alarm business. ADT became a publicly-ownedcompany in the 1960s.

In 1964, ADT was found to be a monopoly in restraint oftrade. It was shown to provide almost 80% of the central stationalarm service in the United States. In some cities, such as NewYork City and Memphis, Tennessee, they were the sole provider. Theywere also found to have forced competitors out of business bylowering prices below cost. They would charge national accountsvery low prices in cities with competitors and much higher priceswhere no competition was available. In the early part of 1987, the firm of Hawley Goodall,owned by Lord Ashcroft bought the Indianapolis-based Crime ControlInc., the fourth-largest company in the U.S. security market, for$50 million. 在展會現(xiàn)場，隨處都可以收到印著兩位數(shù)價格IPC的宣傳頁。隨著IP高清產(chǎn)品成本與價格的進一步走低，似乎也為民用安防開起了一扇大門。
當(dāng)國民素質(zhì)不斷提高，國民收入不斷增加的同時，國民對于自身安全防范的需求，也在不斷增加。
如今，隨處可見民用安防的影子，一些主流廠商紛紛單獨了劃了一塊民用安防產(chǎn)品的展示區(qū)。此次民用安防中最耀眼的，無疑是?？低曂暤母蓛鹤印拔炇疎ZVIZ”，旗下的護家產(chǎn)品C1、C2外形親民的就不像是一個安防廠家做出來的東西，設(shè)計是如此的老練甚至貼上“美的”的商標(biāo)，我都不會覺得怪異。清華同方的炯炯俠，則高舉“賣萌并不可恥”的理念，當(dāng)成玩偶，送給小朋友也不失為一個一箭雙雕的好做法。佳能、三星、艾瑞康特等外企也無一例外地瞄準(zhǔn)民用安防市場推出了高性能的微型槍機、微型半球。
因此，從目前的形勢來看，民用安防，在多年的醞釀之下，終于大踏步地開始向前走，在近兩年的將來，它將逐漸進入人們的生活，變成人們息息相關(guān)的一部分，這一趨勢，也是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的。
民用消費安防發(fā)展巨細
安防進入民用消費市場，取得實質(zhì)性進展并非易事，需要解決企業(yè)管理、營銷、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品、運營以及用戶等各個層面的問題，是一個循序漸進的過程。未來民用消費安防發(fā)展，將會呈現(xiàn)怎樣的發(fā)展趨勢，依然值得我們探討。
企業(yè)——
隨著消費安防所占市場份額逐步上升，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)日益成熟，眾多一線安防企業(yè)、家電、IT通信企業(yè)，紛紛看好消費安防市場，陸續(xù)推出適合家庭、中小商鋪應(yīng)用的產(chǎn)品。除了國內(nèi)“?？低暋?、“大華”、“科達”等大型安防企業(yè)進入，“三星”、“聯(lián)想”、“海爾”這些實力超群的“外來軍”，也計劃進軍民用安防，試圖占據(jù)民用安防市場的制高點。例如，聯(lián)想集團此屆安博會上推出的新產(chǎn)品“看家寶”，是全國首家“云端存儲服務(wù)”，另外，家電大廠海爾推出基于“智能家庭”系列產(chǎn)品的U-HOME。隨著民用消費安防市場的不斷被開發(fā)培育，將會有越來越多的其他行業(yè)的企業(yè)涌入。
產(chǎn)品——
民用市場，尤其是家庭用戶，主要基于其自身的主觀需求?！白再I自裝自用”的民用安防模式，決定了民用市場的產(chǎn)品，必須具備易用性?，F(xiàn)在廠家，針對民用市場推出的產(chǎn)品，多采用“多合一”的形式，在產(chǎn)品中，融合視頻監(jiān)控、報警等功能，并簡化安裝過程，以及遙控器一鍵設(shè)置的方式，盡可能為用戶做到“傻瓜式”。未來企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品的整個開發(fā)過程中，整體系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、搭建與產(chǎn)品最后面對的用戶群，有很大的直接關(guān)系，安防產(chǎn)品，要打入民用市場，依然必須在各方面做到親民，即“易用、易買、低價”。
技術(shù)——
民用消費安防產(chǎn)品集成化，仍將是發(fā)展的重要趨勢，在產(chǎn)品中融合監(jiān)控、報警等多項功能，依然會受到市場的歡迎。隨著安防高清化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化的發(fā)展，這些技術(shù)也會逐步走向民用消費安防市場，未來的智能化安防監(jiān)控體系，將結(jié)合了4G、安防、智能等應(yīng)用，還可靈活組合電信運營商已有的增值業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)，將電視娛樂、視頻監(jiān)控、視頻會議、手機視頻、可視通信等多種業(yè)務(wù)，整合在一個平臺上提供給用戶，發(fā)揮整合優(yōu)勢，來滿足用戶的個性化需求。
服務(wù)——
雖然產(chǎn)品技術(shù)，一直都在向發(fā)展，但是售后技術(shù)，一直是民用消費安防的短板。目前，國內(nèi)品牌眾多，品質(zhì)參差不齊，甚至有些小品牌產(chǎn)品，售后服務(wù)，基本一片空白。對于民用消費安防產(chǎn)品，尤其是家庭監(jiān)控、報警這種電子設(shè)備較于機械設(shè)備來說，更容易出現(xiàn)故障，而且一旦出現(xiàn)故障，需要專業(yè)人士進行維修。如果售后服務(wù)不到位，這也給用戶帶來一些不便。家庭監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品，要真正以用戶為中心，努力為用戶提供及時、完備的售后服務(wù)，用富有競爭力的售后服務(wù)，去贏得用戶的滿意和忠誠。因此，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升和完善的售后服務(wù)保障體系，將成為民用消費安防快速發(fā)展的決定性因素。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)——
雖然民用消費安防發(fā)展，開始嶄露頭角，但家庭市場標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的缺失，也讓眾人躊躇不前。目前，家用體系中，各個子系統(tǒng)的融合，在技術(shù)上，雖然已經(jīng)不存在太大困難，但由于各子系統(tǒng)之間協(xié)議并不開放，相互之間如何通訊、兼容是個難點。家用體系包含的系統(tǒng)太多，每個子系統(tǒng)都有自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比如：布線、安防、家電、等，各系統(tǒng)各自為政，只有出臺整體的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，打通單獨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性，才能讓家庭安保真正形成整體系統(tǒng)。但顯然，家庭市場所涵蓋的是一個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，很難有某一家廠商能做到一家獨大，對產(chǎn)品之間的協(xié)議和接口進行定義，還需要相關(guān)政府單位加以推動。隨著市場的逐步發(fā)展，將會有越來越多的廠商進入家用領(lǐng)域，推動市場越來越快速的發(fā)展。在市場的自行調(diào)節(jié)洗牌下，最后經(jīng)過市場洗禮的公司，其技術(shù)將會為未來的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定提供一個良好的基礎(chǔ)，而后通過主導(dǎo)單位的引導(dǎo)，以及強勢企業(yè)的推廣，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)才逐步走向成熟。
