第一條 Amendment I
Congressshall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, orprohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom ofspeech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably toassemble, and to petition the Government for a redress ofgrievances. 譯文:國(guó)會(huì)不得制定關(guān)于下列事項(xiàng)的法律:確立國(guó)教或禁止信教自由;剝奪言論自由或出版自由;或剝奪人民和平集會(huì)和向政府請(qǐng)?jiān)干煸┑臋?quán)利。
第二條 Amendment II
A wellregulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State,the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not beinfringed. 譯文:紀(jì)律嚴(yán)明的民兵是保障自由州的安全所必需的,人民持有和攜帶武器的權(quán)利不可侵犯。
第三條 Amendment III

第十條 Amendment X
