Recreational Equipment Inc.(REI)是一家美國的零售公司主要經(jīng)營戶外用品，有129家店舖分佈在美國32個洲份。在2012年，收入有19.3億美元，營業(yè)收入1.36億美元，純利有2900萬美元。

公司在1938年成立，創(chuàng)立人為Lloyd及MaryAnderson，起源是當(dāng)時美國所賣的冰鎬太貴，所以建立公司從澳洲引入進行販賣。

現(xiàn)時REI有11000多名員工(大部份為兼職的)，自從1998就連續(xù)得到100家最適宜工作的公司。這家消費合作社對性格活躍、熱愛野外活動的員工很有吸引力。
