愛(ài)華網(wǎng)最好的方案，當(dāng)然是制作mpp文件的人，開(kāi)明一些，為他人著想一些，轉(zhuǎn)化為htm或pdf（至少excel）格式；如果他們沒(méi)有這樣做，只好我們想辦法了。
下面依次介紹幾款相關(guān)軟件。（按推薦程程度）
1. GanttProject：第一推薦 開(kāi)源軟件 12
此軟件是本文評(píng)論中的“放棄盜版”兄推薦的。以前也搜到過(guò)，但軟件說(shuō)明中未正式提及查看（實(shí)為導(dǎo)入）mpp文件，所以未曾留意。加上8～9MB的體積，盡管比MSProject苗條得多，但對(duì)我而言仍有些大，所以就沒(méi)有下載試用。
今天因RCarlos兄問(wèn)及，試了一下，驚為極品，乃列為首薦。

安裝：不需要，zip文件

再補(bǔ)充一些感性過(guò)程吧：
下載解壓后，沒(méi)看到exe，心里真有些迷茫，google了一下，找到另有人問(wèn)同樣的問(wèn)題，才明白。雙擊ganttproject.bat，出現(xiàn)一個(gè)cmd運(yùn)行框，然后，漂亮的主界面（當(dāng)然是圖形化的）就呈現(xiàn)眼前了。
打開(kāi)文件——只能打開(kāi)gan和xml格式。
導(dǎo)入文件——可以導(dǎo)入gan/txt/mpp（就是MSProject）文件，如下圖
2. HD Projette：不到1MB，超值共享軟件
它需要.NET環(huán)境，安裝文件超小，這一點(diǎn)極好——只有600K。
主頁(yè)在 http://www.highlydeveloped.net
但遺憾的是，它不是freeware，在30天試用期過(guò)后，啟動(dòng)軟件會(huì)提醒“HDProjette is NOT free software”，但也并無(wú)技術(shù)限制。
但它的價(jià)格也非常便宜，僅10美元。如果迷戀其小巧，不妨注冊(cè)一下。

3.Smartworks Project Planner Reader：備選
軟件介紹 軟件下載 6.17MB它是SmartworksProjectPlanner軟件的查看器，并不能直接看mpp。但有一個(gè)免費(fèi)的MPP2PPR軟件，可以把MPP轉(zhuǎn)成ppr，然后，就能用它打開(kāi)了?！ 〔贿^(guò)，既然有了上面更好的推薦方案，何必這么麻煩——我也沒(méi)有下載試用過(guò)。

4.Afinion Project-Viewer：MS MPP & SAP PS 備選
這里也有一篇論如何應(yīng)對(duì)mpp的總結(jié)文章，可參看。這個(gè)Afinion ProjectViewer軟件不錯(cuò)，通過(guò)了MS和SAP的認(rèn)證，不僅可以查看MSMPP文件，還可以查看SAP的PS文件（？）有多個(gè)平臺(tái)的版本，有Pro版/lite版/free版，體積都是17MB。
xbeta試用中，發(fā)現(xiàn)無(wú)法顯示中文字符。但網(wǎng)友refo補(bǔ)充“AfinionProject-Viewer能夠支持中文的。因?yàn)槲覀児驹瓉?lái)的大公司版就支持。估計(jì)可能是覺(jué)得中國(guó)沒(méi)有公司會(huì)去購(gòu)買(mǎi)吧。”
