愛(ài)華網(wǎng)去年十一月份在亞馬遜美國(guó)官網(wǎng)購(gòu)物，通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到國(guó)內(nèi)，大概十二月中旬收到轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司送來(lái)的包裹，但打開(kāi)后發(fā)現(xiàn)里面少了三套衣服，立即聯(lián)系轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司客服，但轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司一直推脫，不給予任何解釋和解決。在經(jīng)過(guò)了和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司近兩個(gè)月的溝通無(wú)果后，就抱著試試看的心理聯(lián)系了美國(guó)亞馬遜在線客服，下面為聊天記錄，真的不得不說(shuō)，亞馬遜美國(guó)客服真的讓我感受到了什么叫放心購(gòu)物，畢竟是三個(gè)月前的訂單，本以為亞馬遜客服會(huì)問(wèn)很多問(wèn)題，然后推脫責(zé)任，沒(méi)想到的是，亞馬遜客服沒(méi)有針對(duì)我提出的訂單中衣服缺失提出任何疑問(wèn)，也沒(méi)有說(shuō)讓自己去找轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司來(lái)解決，只是和我確認(rèn)丟失的物品，然后就告訴我，請(qǐng)放心，亞馬遜會(huì)在兩到三個(gè)工作日給予退款。對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)的當(dāng)當(dāng)，京東，蘇寧易購(gòu)，國(guó)美，易迅等等這些購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站的客戶服務(wù)，不得不說(shuō)差距真的巨大，國(guó)內(nèi)的購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站遇到問(wèn)題時(shí)，總是想著推脫責(zé)任，而美國(guó)亞馬遜是站在客戶的角度第一時(shí)間盡心盡力來(lái)為客戶解決問(wèn)題。
